Stay away from this agency in Nuneaton, they are charging fees that are nowhere in the contract or their web page, stupid inventory charged by the page and contain 20 pages most empty as they fill the pages with boxes with furniture and bedding, charging fees to give references about tenants to the next agent, horrible people to deal with.they dont recognize what they are saying today, tomorrow will be another rule they made, BE AWARE !.
